Returns & Refund Policy


You can return an Aduro order within 30 days from delivery, exercising your right of withdrawal
Due to our strict infection control protocols, for the protection of our customers, all our products come sealed.
Once this seal is broken/opened and the product is used, we can not accept returns.

What to do?

  1. Send your order back to the following address: Aduro/Cosmotology, Spinnerij 67, 1185 ZS, Amstelveen, The Netherlands
  2. Once your return has been received and verified by our Customer Service Team, we will refund the amount paid for the articles to the bank account used for the order. Once a refund has been made it can take up to 5 days to appear in your bank account.

Please be aware, return costs are at the customer’s expense.


We offer a full replacement/repair guarantee with our 12 month manufacturer’s warranty for all Sales from the date of purchase. Your digital order confirmation/invoice is your proof of purchase.

Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, water damage, modifications, misuse or any damage caused by the user that would make your device unfit for use.

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they have read and understood the terms of use and are aware of their own personal circumstances by conducting independent research and discussing with their doctor to ensure light therapy is suitable for them prior to purchase.

We action warranty replacements/repairs as quickly as possible. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind. Please make your product selection is done carefully.
